 Yes, but you need to use an old GTK+ runtime (2.6.10 or older); you can download the [http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pidgin/gtk-runtime-2.6.10-rev-a.exe standalone GTK+ 2.6.10 runtime installer] and install it separately before installing Pidgin.  These old GTK+ versions are unmaintained and will have bugs that won't be fixed.
